上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院副教授、博士生导师、公共行政系副系主任，上海交通大学中国城市治理研究院研究员，曾任哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院访问学者。1990年生，河南开封人。2019年入选上海市“晨光计划”，主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家社会科学基金青年项目，论文以第一作者或通讯作者发表于《Public Administration Review》、《Technological Forecasting & Social Change》、《Public Policy and Administration》、《International Public Management Journal》、《Public Performance & Management Review》、《China Economic Review》、《Structural Change and Economic Dynamics》、《Journal of Asian Public Policy》、《International Journal of Disaster Risk Reduction》、《Renewable Energy》、《Energy》等。研究成果荣获《Public Administration Review》2021-2022年度 Top Cited Article，China-America Association For Public Affairs颁发的Wen Wang Award for Best Young Scholar Paper，Asian Association for Public Administration颁发的Akira Nakamura Award等肯定，撰写的决策咨询报告被国务院办公厅、《教育部简报（高校智库专刊）》、省部级领导等批示或采纳。同时，荣获教育部第九届高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖青年成果奖、上海市第十六届哲学社会科学优秀成果奖二等奖、第九届中国研究生公共管理案例大赛一等奖、上海交通大学第六届青年教师教学竞赛二等奖、上海交通大学优秀班主任、上海交通大学招生先进个人等荣誉。担任《科学学研究》青年编委，PAR、JPART、PA、Regulation & Governance、PPMR、公共管理评论、公共行政评论等期刊匿名评审人。
