雷镇环，现任上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院副教授。研究方向为新政治经济学和比较政治学，重点关注政治学与经济学、法学和公共管理等领域的交叉学科问题。研究成果发表于Comparative Political Studies, Journal of Comparative Economics, Journal of Political Institutions and Political Economy, the Journal of Politics, Studies in Comparative International Development，和《国家现代化建设研究》。

1. 法律政治经济学：关注中国的司法体制改革和立法过程中的政治经济学。

2. 央地关系：关注中国的地方分权实践以及对治理绩效和经济发展的影响。
