陈一帆，上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院助理教授、中国城市治理研究院研究员，研究领域为公共行政管理、政府数字化转型、基层治理、可持续发展。在《Public Management Review》《Public Administration Review》《Review of Public Personnel Administration》《Public Performance and Management Review》《电子政务》等国内外权威期刊上发表多篇学术论文。
