杨帆，上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院副教授/博士生导师，中国城市治理研究院研究员，健康长三角研究院研究员，上海高级养老护理员。
研究兴趣主要为老年福利、贫困及老年健康政策、灾害与老年健康。在健康政策、社会工作领域有持续的CSSCI及SSCI期刊文章发表记录，担任多个SSCI、ESCI期刊编委。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、面上项目，上海市哲学社会科学规划项目、“浦江人才”项目，以及多项政府委托课题。在光明日报、中国日报、澎湃新闻等媒体发表多篇社会保障相关媒体文章，并40余次接受中央电视台、中国国际电视台（CGTN）、澎湃新闻、界面新闻等媒体的专访。所撰写的社会政策领域的十余篇专报获得上海市主要领导及中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅的批示或采纳。
