上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院副教授，博士生导师，上海交通大学中国城市治理研究院副研究员。2016年毕业于伦敦大学学院巴特莱特学院（Bartlett School of Planning, University College London），获得城市规划博士。近五年主持自然科学基金委、教育部人文社会科学、上海市哲学社会科学、浦江人才计划等课题，研究领域包中国城市、城市治理政策、住房与社区、社会地理、城市数据等。
