上海交大国务学院师生赴意大利参加国际公共管理研究学会（IRSPM）2025年年会

2025年4月7日至9日，国际公共管理研究学会（IRSPM）2025年年会在意大利博洛尼亚召开。本次年会由意大利博洛尼亚大学主办，以“Civic engagement and social capital in contemporary public management: facing the challenges of social equity and environmental sustainability”为主题，开设平行论坛、专题圆桌研讨等多种学术交流活动。上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院副院长刘帮成教授，博士生林铭海（导师彭勃教授）、刘威（导师刘帮成教授），受邀参加此次会议并作学术论文报告。

在“SIG Public Service Motivation”分会场，刘帮成教授与其合作者以“Inspired to Serve: Exposure to Moral Models to Enhance Public Service Motivation”为题进行了学术论文报告；博士生刘威（导师刘帮成教授）以“To explore a dual approach that influences the dynamic development of Public Service Motivation—A Longitudinal JD-R Perspective”为题进行了学术论文报告。

在“ Digital coproduction: setting the ground for public value co-creation in the digital domain amidst opportunities and pitfalls”分会场，博士生林铭海（导师彭勃教授）以“Understanding participatory challenges in digital co-production from perspective of innovation diffusion: Does perceived trustworthiness matter?”为题进行了学术论文报告。

国际公共管理研究学会（IRSPM）在国际公共管理学界享有盛誉，汇聚了全球的学者、研究人员和实践者，共同探讨公共管理的最新研究成果、理论发展和实践应用。本次年会在与会者规模、学术活动数量等方面达空前盛况。

学院师生应邀在两个分会场进行了三场学术汇报，师生们的学术报告得到了与会学者们的积极反馈与热烈讨论。在博洛尼亚期间，他们还与来自美国、英国、澳大利亚、新西兰、荷兰、比利时等国家的学术同行继续广泛交流。交大国务师生在会议上的精彩表现不仅展示了学院强大的科研和学术实力、进一步提升了学院学科发展的国际影响力，也在国际学术交流平台上充分展现中国公共管理研究学者风采，讲好中国故事、传播中国声音。
